The right access for difficult cleaning
IPAF training
Our powered-access work is supported by relevant IPAF training.
Several access options
High-reach, powered or rope access can suit different structures.
Whole elevations planned
Upper and lower areas can form part of one coordinated exterior clean.
Reach difficult exterior areas safely
Growth and staining often remain on upper sections because ordinary ground-level equipment can't reach them. We clean roofs, facades, cladding, industrial units and suitable elevated vegetation using access chosen for the structure. Before high-level cleaning in Poole, we assess the working height, site layout, surface condition and space available for equipment. We then consider high-reach systems, powered access or trained rope-access capability according to the task. This avoids selecting access equipment before the building and work area have been properly understood.

Qualified access backed by careful planning
We have IPAF training and a Powered Access Licence for relevant work at height. These credentials support equipment use, but site planning remains essential. We identify safe working zones, ground conditions, nearby property and any operational restrictions before the clean. The treatment itself is then matched to the elevated surface, not simply to the way we reach it. Difficult upper sections can be included within a broader exterior project, allowing ground-level and high areas to be handled through one coordinated plan where appropriate.
Frequently asked questions
Do you always use a powered access platform?
No. The right access depends on height, site layout and the task. We may consider high-reach equipment, powered access or rope-access capability after assessing the structure and available working area.
What access qualifications do you hold?
We have IPAF training and a Powered Access Licence for relevant work. We also have trained rope-access capability. The method selected will still depend on the individual site and cleaning requirement.
Can high areas be cleaned with lower walls?
Yes, difficult upper sections and accessible lower elevations can be included in one planned project where suitable. We assess the methods and access for each level before confirming the complete scope.
